WEDDING PACKAGES & PRICING


The "Supercalifragilistic" package aka. Full Wedding Coordination Services

>> If you have a vision for your special day, but have no idea where to begin, you may need what our Supercalifragilistic package offers.  

This investment package starts at $2500, kicks in when you hire 818 Events, and includes:

  • Professional input regarding all the planning details from start to finish
  • Budget preparation, allocation and management (and a little birdie to say 'check yourself before you wreck yourself' with the budget)
  • Unlimited contact via email, telephone, (and most importantly) text
  • Detailed Itinerary, Checklist & Contact List creation (the essentials)
  • Site visit/walk-through of ceremony/reception spaces
  • A personalized wedding planning manual created for you (sometimes referred to as the 'Bible' of the planning process)
  • Preparing & maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the entire contracted period
  • Development of concept (includes food, décor, attire, favours, etc.)
  • Assistant Wedding Coordinator *at no extra charge (2 is even better than 1)
  • Recommendations of Vendors (up to 5 per category based on pricing, location, preferences, etc.)
  • Accompaniment to Vendor meetings, if desired *at the scheduling preference of coordinator, if required to attend
  • Full Wedding Day coordination (includes photoshoot, ceremony, reception)
  • Attendance of the planner and/or assistant at the Rehearsal (which often includes making sure dad knows how to hand-off his baby girl)
  • Standard general décor setup (Receiving table, Name Cards, Programs, etc.) *not to be mistaken with venue décor
  • Emergency Wedding Kit(s) on-site at all times (with all the wedding-day emergency necessities)
  • Coordination of all vendors/venues on the Wedding Day
  • Follow-up with Vendors & handling distribution of final vendor payments
  • Other essential duties as they apply to the coordination of the Wedding Day
  • Access to vendor networks and industry discounts (especially since I'm WPIC-certified y'all!)
  • Conflict resolution expertise (Not to worry about difficult guests or vendors, I got this)
  • An advocate for the couple on their Big Day
  • Peace of mind on your Special Day (because you need to be able to enjoy the moment and take it all in)

The "Practically Perfect" package aka. Day/Month-Of Wedding Coordination Services

>> If you've worked out the plan, but know that you need/want help executing it, then our Practically Perfect package is right for you.

This investment package starts at $1350, kicks in about 4-6 weeks before the wedding day, and includes:

  • A minimum of two in-person consultations prior to the wedding (and sometimes more because my clients and I just can't get enough of each other)
  • Unlimited contact via email (and text, of course), as well as scheduled phone call meetings when needed
  • Professional input regarding planning details
  • Detailed Itinerary, Checklist and Contact List creation (the essentials)
  • Site visit/walk-through of ceremony/reception spaces
  • Recommendations of Vendors (up to 2 per category based on pricing, location, preferences, etc.)
  • Certified Assistant Wedding Coordinator *at no extra charge (2 is even better than 1)
  • Full Wedding Day coordination (includes photoshoot, ceremony, reception)
  • Attendance of the planner and/or assistant at the Rehearsal
  • Standard general décor setup (Receiving table, Name Cards, Programs, etc.) *not to be mistaken with venue décor

>> If you just need a kickstart to get the process going, then our Spoonful of Sugar package is definitely what you need. It will give you a little boost to get the ball rolling. If you need more help afterwards, we've got options for that!

This investment package is $150 flat rate | 2 hour session includes:

  • Assistance with Vendor selections
  • Itinerary Creation
  • Design and Conceptualize
  • Complimentary initial brief phone consultation
  • Access to vendor networks and industry discounts (which rules because I'm WPIC-certified)
  • Information and Experience to help guide you through the planning process (a lil' hand-holding never hurt nobody)
  • A 2-hour powerhouse scheduled session (to brainstorm and get sh*t done)
  • $50/ per hour rate for additional hours

The "Element of Fun" package aka. Setup & Teardown Coordination

>> If you have your big day all under control, but need someone to set it up and tear it down, our Element of Fun package is just right.

This investment package starts at $500 and includes:

  • Décor Setup & Teardown Coordination
  • One complimentary consultation / site visit walk-through
  • Professional feedback regarding setup / teardown and arrangement
  • Detailed tracking & management of items / décor to be set up
  • Overseeing coordination of vendors & venues during setup
  • Peace of mind for the setup and teardown of your Special Day (because that, and marrying your best friend, is what matters most)
